Terminator: Dark Fate set for March DVD & Blu-ray release in UK

Terminator: Dark Fate is heading to DVD, Blu-ray and 4K at the start of March, and we’ve now got the full list of extras.

It’s set to be the last Terminator movie for some time, and last autumn’s Terminator: Dark Fate is now on its way to disc. The film’s box office returns weren’t enough to kickstart a planned new trilogy of films, and in the aftermath of the movie’s release, it turned out that director Tim Miller and writer/producer/franchise creator James Cameron weren’t exactly seeing eye to eye behind the scenes.

Miller, it seems, has recorded a commentary track for the movie, but sadly, this looks like it’s going to be only available on digital versions of the movie. Staggeringly, the physical release won’t feature it. More’s the pity, because there are some solid extras for the disc.

Here’s the full list, ruthlessly copy and pasted from the press release…

  • 6 Deleted & Extended Scenes:
    • I Need Your Car
    • Internet Café
    • Augmentation Volunteer
    • The Crossing
    • Alicia Confronts Sarah
    • Let Me Save You
  • A Legend Reforged
  • World Builders
  • Dam Busters: The Final Showdown
  • VFX breakdown: The Dragonfly

Note that the special features are for the Blu-ray (and 4K) release only.

The movie has been scheduled for release in the UK on March 2nd 2020, with DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray releases planned. Expect the digital release on February 17th.

Here’s the Blu-ray boxart, and you can preorder the disc and get more details here.
