Two new premieres headline the third annual Cage-A-Rama Nicolas Cage film festival – more details here.

How’s this for a way to kick next year off? Following their success with the maiden KeanuCon earlier this year, Matchbox Cineclub has announced its third annual Nicolas Cage film festival, Cage-a-rama 2020.

The event takes place over the weekend of Friday 3rd-Sunday 5th January 2020 in Glasgow, and amongst the highlights this time around are two premieres of new Cage movies.

The festival is screening ten Cage flicks over its weekend, and the premiere are Primal, that hits UK cinemas in February, and Grand Isle, for which a release date hasn’t yet been announced.

On top of that, there are Cage favourites such as Peggy Sue Got Married, Zandalee, Bringing Out The Dead and both National Treasure movies.

Furthermore, for the first time, the entire festival will be open-captioned, for those hard of hearing. And there’s a sliding scale of ticket prices, dependent on your income. You can read more about that here.

More details on the festival, that takes place at the Centre for Contemporary Arts in Glasgow, can be found here.
