Boyd Holbrook and Kiefer Sutherland lead a new and short take on The Fugitive.
Because the world needed another streaming service, former DreamWorks and Disney movie boss Jeffrey Katzenberg has been hard at work putting Quibi together. The difference with this one? It’s designed for mobile, with individual episodes of shows coming in at ten minutes long.
And it’s been signing up some high profile names, not least a reboot of The Fugitive. This time, Kiefer Sutherland is going to take on one of the lead roles, opposite Boyd Holbrook. And the first trailer for the show has been released. Here’s a taste as to what’s in store…
The show premieres on the service in April.
That said, we don’t know yet when Quibi will land in the UK, but given how much it’s costing to put together, we don’t anticipate they’ll be shy about it when it happens.
