The first four Karate Kid movies will be brought together in a new Blu-ray set this coming January – with thanks to Cobra Kai.

You can thank the ongoing success of the show Cobra Kai for this, as Sony has taken the hint and repackaged the original four Karate Kid movies into one Blu-ray release.

Heading to stores on January 4th next year, the low priced set will include The Karate Kid, The Karate Kid Part II, The Karate Kid Part III and The Next Karate Kid. Absent from the set will be the more recent remake movie, that featured Jackie Chan.

The set appears to be selling for £15, and thus it looks like it’s going to be a straight repackaging of the films with no new extra material involved. Still, it looks like a decent sum to get the movies in physical form.

You can get more information and preorder the set right here.
