The upcoming music and comedy-filled exploration of LGBTQ+ relationships in a conservative Indiana town – The Prom – will debut next month.
Netflix has launched the full trailer for Ryan Murphy’s upcoming adaptation of the Broadway musical, The Prom.
The film charts the fortunes of a couple of washed up Broadway stars who see a chance to become relevant once more by becoming ‘cultural disruptors’, heading to Indiana to aid a young female student has been barred from attending her high school prom with her girlfriend.
The film stars Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman, James Corden, Kerry Washington, Keegan Michael Key and Jo Ellen Pellman.
The Prom is set to release on the streaming platform on December 11th. In the meantime, you can catch out the trailer, replete with catchy songs, below.
