The Shows Must Go On returns with Fame!

A free musical production of the stage show Fame! will be available for free on YouTube all weekend – more details right here.

Returning from its summer break, The Shows Must Go On! programme of free streaming musicals is back tonight. From 7pm on the scheme’s YouTube channel, you’ll be able to see a full stage production of the musical Fame!. Which, of course, is also based on the 1980 movie as well.

The Shows Must Go On was launched by Andrew Lloyd Webber at the start of the first Covid lockdown, and for the weeks afterwards, there was a free musical production a week made available. The new run will continue for several weeks too, with a new production debuting every Friday night.

In the case of Fame!, you can watch the show from 7pm on Friday night, and it’ll be available for 48 hours. It’ll appear in the window below, or click through if you want to watch it directly on YouTube…
