Stephen Fry, Sir Patrick Stewart, David Tennant and dozens more people tackle the sonnets of Shakespeare – and you can watch for free.

The ongoing programme of free theatrical and musical productions being made available to stream for free is continuing over at The Shows Must Go On. Over the past few weeks, as well as making available a show at the weekends, a less musical midweek production has been uploaded too. And that’s happened again.

This week, you can now watch Shakespeare’s Sonnets, a collection of all 154 sonnets of the Bard performed by a large cast. Contributors to this one include David Tennant, Kim Cattrall, Fiona Shaw, Sir Patrick Stewart Simon Russell Beale, Simon Callow and Stephen Fry.

You’ve got a week to watch this particular production, and it’s available entirely free of charge on YouTube. You can view it in the window below, or click through if you want to see if on YouTube.

It’ll be taken down next Monday.
