Nicolas Cage will appear in The Unbearable Weight Of Massive Talent on UK cinema screens next April.
Of the many upcoming Nicolas Cage projects – and notwithstanding his newly-announced role in a Dracula blockbusters – the one that’s understandably caught many people’s eye is The Unbearable Weight Of Massive Talent. This is the film where Nicolas Cage gets to revisit his many successful earlier roles, as he’s hired by a billionaire to appear at the party of a super-fan. Needing the money, he agrees to re-enact those previous roles before things, well, take a turn.
Penned by Kevin Etten and Tom Gormican, the film is now in post-production, and we’re dearly hoping for a trailer soon. Cage stars in it, obviously, in this case alongside Pedro Pascal and Neil Patrick Harris.
Furthermore, we now know that Lionsgate will be distributing the movie in the UK, and has added a cinema release date of Friday 22nd April to its slate.
More news as we get it. Obviously, like many on this planet, we’re rather excited about this one.
