Nicolas Cage headlines The Unbearable Weight Of Massive Talent, and it’s heading to disc in July.
Certainly one of the more memorable film releases of the year so far has been the Nicolas Cage-headlined The Unbearable Weight Of Massive Talent, a film that some in our office adored. It’s also memorable for Nicolas Cage’s press tour promoting the film, that remains the most joyful since people kept asking Ridley Scott questions about the state of cinema last year.
The movie now goes from the big screen to small, with the news that it’s coming to DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD on July 11th.
Furthermore, we’re getting extra features. The Blu-ray comes with the following…
Audio commentary by writer/director Tom Gormican and writer Kevin Etten
Deleted scenes (with optional audio commentary by writer/director Tom Gormican and writer Kevin Etten)
The Mind
Glimmers of a Bygone Cage
Everybody Needs a Javi
Nick, Nicky, and Sergio
Second Act Action
Cages 5 and Up
SXSW Film Festival Q&A
The DVD has a smaller selection of features:
Audio commentary by writer/director Tom Gormican and writer Kevin Etten
Deleted scenes (with optional audio commentary by writer/director Tom Gormican and writer Kevin Etten)
SXSW Film Festival Q&A
It’s all up for order now, and you can find out more on the release – and buy a copy – here.
