A new film arrives in May that’ll tell the story of Manchester United Football Club: more details on The United Way right here.

The story of Manchester United Football Club is the subject of a brand new feature documentary that’s set for release in May.

Co-written by and featuring one of the club’s most famous players, Eric Cantona, the film will bring together input from an assortment of talking heads. On the football side, players such as David Beckham, Bryan Robson, Ryan Giggs, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Teddy Sheringham, Nicky Butt, and Peter Schmeichel are interviewed. Late manager Tommy Docherty too, along with politicians such as Michael Heseltine and Neil Kinnock, and musicians Peter Hook and Shaun Ryder. Mat Hodgson directs.

The whole film is set to a score by George Fenton too, and will chart the highs and lows of one of the world’s most famous clubs.

The film debuts on DVD, Blu-ray and video on demand rental services from May 10th. It’ll also pop up on Sky Documentaries at the end of May.
