The terrific Tiffany Haddish has teamed up with the equally ace Rose Byrne for their next project, a new movie by the name of Like A Boss.
The pair star as two friends who run a cosmetics company, a company that comes under threat when a potential takeover emerges on the horizon. Said friendship is that put to the test.
A new trailer and synopsis for the movie have just been released, and so I’ll cut the waffle and trying to pad the article out to manipulate the Google algorithm, and instead get to the point. Trailer first. Note that this is a red band trailer, so no watching it if you’re young and impressionable and stuff…

Best friends Mia and Mel (Tiffany Haddish and Rose Byrne) are living their best lives running their own cosmetics company they’ve built from the ground up. Unfortunately, they’re in over their heads financially, and the prospect of a big buyout offer from a notorious titan of the cosmetics industry Claire Luna (Salma Hayek) proves too tempting to pass up, putting Mel and Mia’s lifelong friendship in jeopardy. The beauty business is about to get ugly. LIKE A BOSS also stars Billy Porter, Jennifer Coolidge, Ari Graynor, Natasha Rothwell, Jessica St. Clair and Karan Soni.
Miguel Arteta directs, with Sam Pitman and Adam Cole-Kelly on scripting duties. The exact UK release date hasn’t been announced yet, but expect the movie around February-time.
