The Community star Alison Brie heads to Italy for exciting escapades with a dash of romance, and here’s the first trailer.
Alison Brie, perhaps best known for her roles in Community and wrestling drama GLOW, has been steadily building up her CV behind the camera. Co-authoring the scripts for Netflix drama Horse Girl in 2020 and the upcoming directorial debut of Dave Franco, Somebody That I Used To Know, Brie’s latest film is Spin Me Round,
The official synopsis reads as follows:
The manager of an Italian restaurant chain wins the opportunity to attend the franchise’s educational immersion program in Italy. What she thought would be a romantic getaway devolves into chaos and catastrophe.
Starring alongside Brie are Aubrey Plaza, Alessandro Nivola, Molly Shannon, Zach Woods, Ayden Mayeri, Ben Sinclair, Tim Heidecker, Debby Ryan, Fred Armisen, and Lil Rey Hower.
Brie co-wrote the script with regular collaborator Jeff Baena, who also directs.
