From the director of District 9, Elysium and Chappie comes a new horror by the name of Demonic – here’s the trailer.
Whilst he’s been breaking plenty of ground making short films at his Oats Studio company, it’s been over half a decade since director Neill Blomkamp had a new film out. 2015’s underrated Chappie following District 9 and Elysium, and since then Blomkamp has come close to making new RoboCop and Alien sequels. The RoboCop follow-up is likely to still happen, but he won’t be directing it
Instead, he turned his attention to Demonic, a supernatural horror starring Carly Pope, Chris William Martin, Michael Rogers and Nathalie Bolt.
The film arrives in UK cinemas and on video on demand from August 27th, and the first trailer for the movie has landed. It looks like this…
