Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje writes and directs the incoming feature Farming – and here’s the first trailer.

Arriving in cinemas this October is the feature directorial debut from Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje. It goes by the name of Farming, and he’s penned the script for this one too, based on his own life story.

The film features Damson Idris, Kate Beckinsale, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, John Dagleish, Jaime Winstone, Ann Mitchell, Genevieve Nnaji, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Lee Ross and Zephan Amissah. And it follows the tale of a young fostered Nigerian boy in search of an identity, who finds himself in the company of a skinhead gang in England during the 1980s.

Under the care of a not always easy foster parent, the young boy – Enitan – threatens to go off the roles. Until his teacher offers him one last chance.

The movie is coming to cinemas on October 11th 2019, and the first trailer for it has been released. And it looks like this…
