Ruby Rose, Jean Reno and fisticuffs aplenty in the trailer for the upcoming action film The Doorman – and you can see it here.

If you were a fan of Ruby Rose punching and kicking her way through an army of foes as the title character in the TV show of Batwoman, you may have been a little upset when she walked away from the role. Fear not though, it seems that there’s more cinematic violence from Rose in the way, in the form of The Doorman, which is set to launch via Lionsgate on video on demand services next month. And hey, if you can’t wait that long, a trailer has just dropped.

Despite reportedly leaving Batwoman because she struggled with its punishing schedule, Rose seems set on continuing to develop her action credentials.

Having also enjoyed some decent fisticuffs alongside Keanu Reeves in John Wick Chapter 2, she’s also set to appear in the interesting-looking SAS: Red Notice which will feature the UK’s paramilitary special forces pitting themselves against criminals on the Eurostar beneath the English Channel.

In the meantime though, check out the trailer below for The Doorman. Jean Reno, no slouch himself in the action department, also stars.
