Tremors: Island Fury is to be the seventh movie in the Tremors franchise.
It’s the franchise that keeps on coming, and we now learn that a seventh adventure in the Tremors series is on the way.
This time, the cast is led by Napoleon Dynamite headliner Jon Heder, and alongside him are Richard Brake, Caroline Langrishe, Michael Gross and Jackie Cruz. The title for the film is currently Tremors: Island Fury, and going by that, we’d already guessed that it was going to be set on an island.
Don Michael Paul is directing the film, from a screenplay by Brian Brightly. Brightly recently penned the script to the direct-to-demand Inside Man sequel.
Filming is set to begin this very month in Thailand, and the plan is for the film to be released on home formats in 2020.
