Unbreakable set for 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray in October

M Night Shyamalan’s Unbreakable is heading to the 4K disc format, with an October release date in the UK revealed.

The work of M Night Shyamalan isn’t particularly strongly represented on the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray format, with his two biggest box office hits – The Sixth Sense and Signs – both absent. But one gap is being plugged with the news that Unbreakable is coming to 4K disc this October.

Disney is releasing this one in a pack that’ll also include – as is pretty standard – a Blu-ray disc of the film as well.

It doesn’t look like there’s much in the way of new extra features here. In fact, it’s the Blu-ray that’s carrying over the supplements from the original release, with the 4K disc containing the film in Ultra HD.

Unbreakable will be available from October 11th on the format. You can find more information, and order yourself a copy, right here.
