The voice cast for the upcoming Puss in Boots sequel has been announced, and it’s a fun ensemble that’s come together.

Ahead of a trailer tomorrow, the voice cast has been revealed for the upcoming sequel to the Shrek spin-off movie, Puss in Boots. Titled Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, the film is set for release in September of this year and will continue the story of the popular kitty ten years after the first film.

In terms of the casting, Antonio Banderas and Salma Hayek Pinault will reprise their roles of Puss and Kitty Softpaws in the film, whilst they will be supported by Harvey Guillén as their canine pal, Perro,

Also joining in other roles are Florence Pugh, Olivia Colman, Wagner Moura, Ray Winstone, John Mulaney, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Anthony Mendez and Samson Kayo.

It’s certainly a fun sounding cast, even though they likely recorded their work in separate booths away from each other. Still, we’ll take a gander at the trailer when it lands tomorrow.
