The gang is coming together for the new take on White Men Can’t Jump, with three new names signing up.

The planned remake of 1990s hit White Men Can’t Jump is gathering pace at the Disney-owned 20th Century Studios. The original starred Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson, and was directed by Ron Shelton.

The new version has been in gestation for a while, and already had Sinqua Walls and Jack Harlow amongst its ensemble. Now comes the news of three new additions to the line-up.

Lance Reddick (best known for appearing in the John Wick films), Laura Harrier and Teyana Taylor have signed up for the film.

Harlow and Walls are the leads, playing the roles taken by Harrelson and Snipes respectively.

Calmatic is set to direct the film, working from a script by Kenya Barris and Doug Hall. No word yet on a release date, but it’s sounding like this one is edging close to filming. We’ll keep you posted.
