Amazon has finally announced when we can see Without Remorse, the Tom Clancy movie adaptation it bought from Paramount.

Amazon has officially announced when we’ll get to see Michael B Jordan suit up as an elite Navy SEAL operator in the forthcoming adaptation of the Tom Clancy hit novel, Without Remorse. April 30th will be the date that the film hits Amazon Prime’s Video service.

The special forces thriller, starring Michael B Jordan, was first set to release in October of last year before being pushed back to February of 2021. Reports surfaced in July 2020 that Paramount, who offloaded much of its slate to streaming services throughout last year, was set to sell the film to Amazon. Once that deal wen through the film was entirely removed from the release schedules. Now though, we have what will hopefully be a final release date to look forward to.

The film is based on Tom Clancy’s origin story for his John Kelly character, a Navy SEAL who seeks retribution for his wife’s murder at the hands of a cabal of drug lords. Amazon is already home to the Jack Ryan TV series, another Tom Clancy creation.

Just to whet the appetite, we’ve got a look at a new poster too. This one, in fact…

When a full trailer does land, you’ll find it here. More as we hear it.
