Gal Gadot returns for Wonder Woman 1984 – now arriving in October – and the latest trailer for the film is now here.

Arriving in cinemas this October (having being delayed from the summer for, well, obvious reasons) is the follow-on from 2017’s hit Wonder Woman movie, this time going by the title Wonder Woman 1984.

Gal Gadot reprises the title role in the film, in a cast that also includes Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, Pedro Pascal, Robin Wright and Connie Nielsen. Behind the camera, Patty Jenkins is back on directorial duties for the eagerly-awaited movie, and a brand new trailer has just landed for it.

A trailer that looks like this…

Here’s the full trailer too that landed last December…

Here’s the synopsis for the movie…

Fast forward to the 1980s as Wonder Woman’s next big screen adventure finds her facing two all-new foes: Max Lord and The Cheetah. With director Patty Jenkins back at the helm and Gal Gadot returning in the title role, “Wonder Woman 1984” is Warner Bros. Pictures’ follow up to the DC Super Hero’s first outing, 2017’s record-breaking “Wonder Woman,” which took in $822 million at the worldwide box office. The film also stars Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Kristen Wiig as The Cheetah, Pedro Pascal as Max Lord, Robin Wright as Antiope, and Connie Nielsen as Hippolyta.

Wonder Woman 1984 arrives in cinemas on October 2nd 2021. More on it between now and then…
