X-Men: 10 film Blu-ray collection on the way

10 out of the 11 X-Men films are being bundled together for a new DVD and Blu-ray set that’s heading to the UK in April.

Now that Disney has ownership of and claws in the X-Men franchise, it’s putting out a brand new boxset of films in a ten movie collection. It’s a curious set in truth, for whilst it takes the franchise from 2000’s X-Men through to last year’s The New Mutants, it appears to miss out arguably the best film in the series to date, Logan.

The exclusion of the two Deadpool films – technically X-Men films – is perhaps less surprising. But Logan? That’s odd.

Nonetheless, if you’re missing lots of X-Men films from your DVD or Blu-ray collection (no 4K release of this one), the box is available now for preorder from April 26th.

There’s no word yet on whether we’re getting any addition extra features, but given the pricing it’s unlikely. Instead, this release looks more like a catalogue filler than anything else. The set comes with a 15 certificate, incidentally.

You can find out more information on it, and preorder yourself a copy, right here.
