Will he be Steve Guttenberg, Ted Danson or Tom Selleck? So far, it’s a mystery: but Zac Efron will be leading the new Three Men And A Baby movie.

The planned remake of the 1987 smash hit Three Men And A Baby – which in turn was a remake of the French movie Trois Hommes Et Un Couffin – is pressing ahead at Disney. The new film is heading to the Disney+ service, and personnel-wise, it’s starting to come together.

That’s because Zac Efron has been signed up for one of the lead roles in the new movie. He’s the first piece of casting for the production, so there’s a little way to go yet. The whole film will be working from a screenplay by Will Reichel, and as well as the requirement now for two further men and a baby, there’s the small matter of a director to seek for the movie as well.

No word yet on when filming it set to begin, but as and when we can fill in some of these gaps we shall do just that.
