Jodie Comer has been confirmed to star in Ridley Scott’s Kitbag, alongside Joaquin Phoenix.
Jodie Comer will be returning to work with Ridley Scott in his latest film Kitbag, with Joaquin Phoenix already attached to the project.
Comer stars in Scott’s upcoming The Last Duel which will be premiering at Venice Film Festival in a matter of days. Clearly enjoying her time on the set, she’s returning to work with the director for Kitbag, a historical drama about the military leader and emperor Napoleon Bonaparte (played by Phoenix).
Speaking to Variety, the actress said she “jumped at the chance to work with Ridley and his team again and the idea of working with Joaquin, who’s someone who I hugely admire,”.
You can see the Killing Eve star currently starring alongside Ryan Reynolds in Free Guy, in cinemas now, ahead of The Last Duel which is due for release on the 15th October
